I am pschyed for Gossip Girl to come back!! Do you know when the first episode is? This outfit was inspired by Jenny Humphrey's outfit. I am loving the idea of layering tulle skirts with other skirts.
Everything in this outfit is from Forever 21 except for the shoes, which are thrifted. Wow this is a wakeup call. New goal: shop less at F21. hahaha.
