I experimented with lighting in these pictures. I took out an extension cord and my green lamp, and shined it on the area I was posing. I kind of like the pictures.

This outfit was inspired by this picture in my fashion journal. I think it was in a Teen Vogue fashion spread called Sweater Girl.

Hi! I had a GREAT Christmas! How about you? I got loads of clothes from my parents and money from my relatives. Can't wait to show you all of my outfits (which will be coming when school starts back up again). Here is just a few pictures taken with my new camera!! I am hoping to learn more about lighting and things like that because I want to become a better photographer.

One of the favorite gifts I got this Christmas (besides my camera obviously) is the Teen Vogue Handbook. It is my new fashion bible. I love it. It has gorgeous pics, great interviews, and helpful advice. Anyone else get this book?

School's out for winter break! Finally, I get to catch up on the stuff I like to do, which includes blogging! I can't wait for Christmas! But can you beleive it, It is 72 degrees here in the middle of december!

Rainy Days.

It has been extremely cold these past few weeks! It has been raining and just under 60 degrees, which is really cold for here. Here are two of my outfits I have worn this week. I am going for the cozy, comfy look because I am studying for finals this week and have been so busy!

Can't wait to get a new camera for Christmas! I think I am getting a Nikon Coolpix. Are they any good?
